The formal start date for CICERO development was 1 Oct 2006, although some long-lead activities began earlier. Here we show a high-level development schedule through the end of calendar 2011. Pilot operations are planned to begin in late 2010, after launch of the first ten spacecraft. Full operations with the 20-vehicle CICERO-I constellation are set to begin in June of 2011.
