To generate, archive, and distribute the occultation products, as well as to perform all flight operations for the orbiting constellation, CICERO plans to employ an expanded version of the CDAAC (COSMIC Data Analysis and Archive Center) residing at UCAR in Boulder, CO. CDAAC serves the data production, archive, and distribution function for COSMIC. For CICERO, CDAAC would be enhanced to handle the larger data volume and to perform flight operations. Discussions to add the Taiwan operations center for backup have also begun.
