The baseline launch vehicle for CICERO is the Falcon-1 produced by SpaceX of El Segundo, California. A Falcon-1 is able to launch a dozen CICERO spacecraft at once into low Earth orbit (ten are shown here). At present one can procure three Falcon-1 LVs for under 20M$, including payload integration support, range costs, and launch insurance.
